Settlers steep sloe berries in their best gin, turning it every day for months. The resulting spirit offers wonderful bright red berry flavours and refreshing acidity.

Tasting note: Ruby red. An attractive assemblage of red berry, lemon, herbal tea and delicate pepper warmth greets the nose. Shows excellent concentration, opening pleasantly tart, fresh, zesty; Mid palate finds attractive juniper / herbal notes.
