Shortcross Gin (700ml)

Founded in 2012 by Fiona and David Boyd-Armstrong, Rademon Estate Distillery is nestled within an historic 500-acre estate in Down County. The husband and wife team set out to re-define what an Irish gin could be. The project became Northern Ireland’s first award winning craft distillery and is now home to the country's most awarded Gin. Botanicals include locally foraged wild clover, green apples and elderflower.

Tasting note: Clear. Lemon myrtle, pine sap, green apple, peppercorns, light coriander and liquorice root make for a complex gin bouquet. Oily textured with orange peel, juniper and pepper leading in a spicy attack. The finish is minerally, tangy and medium-fresh with warming pepper, balsawood and Myer lemon notes.
