Southern Lights Apple Flavoured Vodka (500ml)

Produced by Hellyer's Road Distillery in northern Tasmania, who also produce some of Australia's best whiskies.

This vodka is made from barley, triple pot-stilled and charcoal filtered before being cut back with Tasmanian rainwater.

Tasting note: The nose reveals aromas of apple juice and tinned pear juice. The palate offers similar flavours with a warming, gently tingling mouthfeel. Aftertaste of over-ripe apple and apple peel. Lacks freshness and authenticity but will make a satisfactory ingredient for cocktails. 42% Alc./Vol.
