Stagg Single Barrel Select Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml) - Whiskey Hunt Australia Selection

This is easily one of the most sought-after releases from the Sazerac Single Barrel Select portfolio, and only the second Stagg barrel pick exclusively allocated for Australia.​ Back in October 2023 the Whiskey Hunt team gathered the troops to dive into three samples of one of their absolute favourite barrel-strength expressions from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. All three samples were incredible, and they wanted to purchase all three barrels but had no luck on that front. Narrowing down a favourite wasn’t easy. Each had that classic big, bold, rich flavour we all know and expect from a Stagg. In the end the winning barrel 15-D-16-I-4-10-014 was chosen - an absolutely incredible example of what barrel strength whiskey from Buffalo Trace is all about. Aged eight years and eleven months and limited to just 132 bottles, this will be for the lucky few who are quickest on the draw.  67.7% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
