Every year, in anticipation of the Dark Mofo festival in Tasmania, Sullivans Cove's blenders allow themselves the opportunity to express their wilder side. Diving deep into the famed distilleries warehouse, they plumb the depths to find some interesting expressions to meddle with. Known colloquially as the "Witches Brew", this 2017 release is a send up of SC's Double Cask release, using Ex-bourbon Amercian Oak and French Tawny casks in a new and exciting combination.
