Every year, in anticipation of the Dark Mofo festival in Tasmania, Sullivans Cove's blenders allow themselves the opportunity to express their wilder side. Diving deep into the famed distilleries warehouse, they plumb the depths to find some interesting expressions to meddle with. Known colloquially as the "Witches Brew", this 2023 release is a send up of SC's Double Cask release, using Bourbon and Rum casks then, following on from the 2019 release, Maple Syrup casks in a new and exciting combination.
