Summum Citron (Lemon) Flavoured Vodka (750ml)

An artisan vodka made from wheat, spring water and lemons, produced by the Fussigny Cognac house. Bottled in 2012.

Tasting note: [LOT 2/12 tasted] Pours completely clear. The lifted lemon squash / barley sugar bouquet, while powerful, is also a little confected. The palate redeems the nose being keenly dry throughout and offering more peel-like lemon characteristics followed by some lively pepperiness at mid palate. Excellent balance. The lemon / lime peel flavours continue well into the finish which is bone dry with a slightly chalky mouth feel concluding in a very prolonged lemony aftertaste. 40% Alc./Vol.
