2015 Suntory Yamazaki Limited Edition Single Malt Japanese Whisky (700ml)

Created by Suntory Chief Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo, this latest Yamazaki bottling blends several single malts from the distillery. Beautifully packaged, the bottle features imagery of Yamazaki’s pot stills and the kanji characters for Yamazaki in gold.

One of the whiskies in the composition was aged in x red wine casks (or sherry casks, depending on your source) for over 20 years; another was aged in port wine casks for a similar period. The younger part of the assemblage was matured in ex bourbon casks. Needless to say, our allocation is miniscule. No tasting notes available.
