Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin (700ml)

Sourced from an independent, family owned company established in 2012 on the coast of north Cornwall who handcraft Gin and Pastis in tiny runs (the old-fashioned way). A small batch approach sees about 300 bottles created in each run, sometimes much less - each ensuring maximum care and attention. Each bottle is hand filled, wax sealed, labelled and signed by the distiller.

At the heart of the process lies a special, flame-fired, copper pot still (named 'Tamara'). Botanicals include juniper from Kosovo, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest. Also employed are angelica root, orris root, green cardamom seeds, bitter almond, cinnamon and liquorice root.

The distillers compare the aromatic sensation to "... stumbling upon a beautiful orange blossom in the middle of a crisp, dry pine forest."
