Tequila Blu Reposado Blue Agave Tequila (700ml)

Another great value for money spirit from the producers of Vodka 'O'. Like the companies other products, Tequila Blu has been imported and bottled in Australia, but without compromising quality or affordability. (Tequila's bottled outside of Mexico are typically 'mixto' blends, cut back with inferior spirit before bottling). Tequila Blu is distilled from Blue Agave and aged in charred oak barrels for three months months.

Tasting note: Faint straw colour with a clear hue and glycerous cling to the glass. Perfumed nose revealing crushed eucalyptus leaf, white pepper and spice aromas. Smooth round entry. The palate is medium bodied, with fruity yet dry flavours of juicy roast capsicum, briskly followed by dried fruits. Soft, smooth mouth feel. Finishes dry with a quick peppery fade and a nice spirit kick. A very clean, easy-drinking reposado which at its price raises the grade for bar standards in Tequila.
