Tete Japanese Botanicals Liqueur (720ml)

Tete botanical liqueur is released once annually so stocks are always fairly limited. In its creation, Ume plums are soaked in single-distillation pure shochu for one year along with nine Japanese botanicals: a piquancy springs from slowly macerated sansho and ginger root, while herbal elements come to the fore with wintergreen and a perfume of ume flower. Mandarin provides both brightness and acidity. Spicy cinnamon imparts light, woody notes and dried bonito heightens and unifies Tete's botanicals.
