The Lark Distillery Rum Cask Release II Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

The second Rum Cask release makes use of barrels that previously held Lark's proprietary "Quiet Cannon Rum". Expect a rich, sweet malt with aromas of nutty oak, glazed oranges and dark toffee and a warm lingering mouthfeel. Collectors should note - the 2020 edition had one of the smallest outturns in the series, with just 233 bottles at a potent 55% Alc./Vol.
