The Macallan 1824 Collection Oscuro Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml) - New Packaging

This is the newly presented Oscuro with a luxury 'pedestal' decanter bottle packaged in an extravagant 'swivel' box.

Originally a travel retail exclusive, Macallan Oscuro is a combination of casks filled between 1987 and 1997. The Master Distiller has combined the collectability of Macallan with once trademark, rich, sherried elegance to create a luxurious expression. This was the 'No Age Statement' category runner-up in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2011 collecting 95.5 points. See below for an extract from Jim's review.
