The Macallan Anniversary Malt 50 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (750ml)

The high point in our collection of old and rare Macallans is this Anniversary Malt, drawn from three casks dated between 1926 and 1928 and bottled in 1983 (making it significantly older than 50 years). This is No.243 of 500 bottles produced. Diluted only by time, it is all-natural cask strength at 38.6% ABV.

It comes supplied in its original leather strapped wooden crate and complete with a personal letter of authenticity from the then chairman of Macallan, Allan G. Shiach which states that at the time of release, this was the oldest and rarest bottle that Macallan had offered; an extraordinary whisky, aged in one of the distillery’s finest casks for more than half a century.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to procure one of the most prestigious and hard-to-find Macallans ever.
