The Macallan Fine Oak 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml) Green Label with Timber Box

Note: This item has come from a private collection and as such has some minor scuffing/scratches/handling marks. In particular, the wooden box has one small chip in the front, right edge.

Matured for a minimum of 25 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. These include x Bourbon and x Oloroso Sherry oak casks, as well as American oak that held Sherry.

Other reviews... Here the smoke is tighter, more shy and of a distinctly more anthracitic quality. Even so, the sweet juiciness of the grape juxtaposes gamely with the obvious age to create a malt of obvious class. 43% Alc./Vol. 90 points - Jim Murrays Whisky Bible 2016
