The Milk & Honey Distillery Levantine Gin (700ml)

A pot distilled gin with a 100% malted barley base. The Levantine team adds botanicals sourced from Tel Aviv's Levinsky market including hyssop, lemon peel, orange, chamomile, verbena, cinnamon, and black pepper. The botanicals are then left to rest in the still for 48 hours and then distilled a third time for extra smoothness.

Tasting note: The aroma finds juniper and coriander mingling with vaguely fruity notes, as well as rooty, earthy notes, trace lavender and general potpourri - so herbal accented. Lovely texture and concentration in a delicious delivery that's a melting pot of the bouquet, with anise and Indian spice for good measure. 46% Alc./Vol.
