Thomson South Island Peat Progress Report Single Malt New Zealand Whisky (700ml)

Thomson started as an independent New Zealand whisky company with a small amount of stock originally distilled at the Willowbank distillery. This one's from their own distillery and made using South Island peat. It's youthful, with a touch of iodine, smoke and sweet vanillas.
