Tasting note: Produced by the Herrara family at the La Estacada distillery at 7,200 feet above sea level. Montpelier wine yeasts and an unusual secondary fermentation provide for a softer mouthfeel. It offers super pure, vibrant aromas of grilled agave, cigar box, potpourri, chamomile tea and hints of grapefruit leading into a svelte textured, graceful, easy-drinking blanco with complex, fresh herbal / citrus / sappy agave accents. Ends with a delicate smoke and pepper finish. 40% Alc./Vol.

Aromas and flavors of coconut oil, key lime, amburana wood, sunscreen, and tarragon with a supple, crisp, dryish light body and a hot, fast finish revealing nuances of black pepper and dried chile pepper finish.
