Based on Marsanne wine infused with cinchona bark and botanicals including orange rind, lychee and green tea, this moreish, Lillet-esque aperitif starts off like a fruity Gewurtztraminer but ends clean and crisp with dominant notes of quinine and bitter citrus peel.
