Tyrrell’s Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut

An exuberantly frothy mousse holds well over a pale straw coloured base that’s finely threaded by an exceptionally persistent stream of tiny bubbles. Lifted pear and brioche aromas have a light toasty back drop with some yeast lees and citrus notes also evident. Generous and creamy in the mouth, the palate features pear and citrus fruits over yeast lees, toast and almond characters. Finishes dry and fresh with a vividly refreshing aftertaste.
