Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin (700ml)

"Ukiyo" translates as "floating world". The term refers to a state of mind that emphasizes living in the moment, detached from the difficulties of life. It's a concept reflected in a new spirit drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom: 'Ukiyo gin'. Its production employs traditional Japanese shochu spirit, redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and other botanicals, a nod to the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. Expect delicate flavours of lemon and grapefruit with mandarin overtones.
