Veuve Ambal Cremant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvee Brut

A lacy white mousse sits over a pale straw, light gold tinged base. Exceptionally fine and very persistent bead. Aromas of pear intermix with baked bread, apple, oily toast and yeast lees notes. Good richness and a creamy mouthfeel with generous flavours of baked pear melding into yeasty bread like characters, citrus and traces of oily toast elements. Dry fluffy finish with good refreshing acidity and a medium length aftertaste. Very well made for the price.
