Waubs Harbour Rum Cask Limited Edition Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

This beautiful maritime single malt was first matured in ex-Tawny casks, then finished in casks made from a very special, rare 80 year old rum vat, coopered on the old slipway right outside the distillery. A high ABV of 51.7% helps to retain the big, rich oils. The Head Distiller comments, “You get some of those really big, beautiful vanillas from the rum and a lot of the tropical fruit. A little bit of coconut from the rum as well. The palate is all about that big, biscuity malt with that plump sultana finish. It’s just delicious.”  608 bottles make up the entire release.
