Waubs Harbour Yeast Cask Limited Edition Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

The first of its kind for Waubs Harbour, this special single malt was made with fresh yeast, cultivated at the distillery bringing a chocolate orange flavour profile to the new make spirit. The whisky was entirely matured in ex-Tawny Port French oak casks, adding rich maple syrup and buttery sultana notes. 647 bottles make up the entire release, bottled at 51.8% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
