A novel release from Westward Whiskey in Portland, Oregon, made in the distillery's classic style with Pacific Northwest grown barley, malted just a few miles from the facility and fermented with ale yeast. They take this expression one step further by partnering with the Leal family of Casa Magdalena Rum in Guatemala.

First aged in Virgin American oak, then finished for twelve months in x-rum casks, Head Distiller, Miles Munroe says, this one’s going to “jump out of the glass and command your attention”.

Notes from the importers... Bright notes of tangy tangerine and the tropics lead to crunchy sugar cane and vanilla bean custard on the palate before a massive finish of Banoffee pie and richly toasted spiced oak rolls in and lingers on the tongue forever. And it’s at a whopping 62.5%!
