Focusing on just one citrus: dried orange peel, it remains true to the minimalist recipes of traditional London Drys, the short list of other botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica root and liquorice root. The resulting gin delivers strong notes of candied orange, a touch of white pepper and a solid backbone of juniper with a pleasant oily texture that cools the mouth.
